Tulle skirts are so feminine, unexpected and a statement piece that turns heads. However, if styled wrong, the look can go from stylish to looking like a costume. I scored this navy tulle skirt from Goodwill North Georgia Johns Creek. Because the skirt is so volumnious, I paired it with a fitted white tee-shirt. My green Steve Madden stilletos add a little grown and sexy to complement the look.
