Thrifted Trends: Moto Jacket + Plaid Skirt + Leather Booties

Thursday, October 31, 2013

Moto Jacket- BCBG Girls (Last Chance Thrift) Buy Similiar HERE/Plaid Skirt- Lord & Taylor: Buy HERE and Lace Up Booties(B & R Thrift Store)/Cross Body Bag- (Park Ave Thrift Duluth)
Biker inspired jackets aka motocycle jacket, are a huge trend this season and scoring one from a thrift shop was very exciting. My jacket as a leather front and a knit backside. I paired it with a school girl pleated skirt that I scored from B & R Thrift Store. The lace up booties, also scored from B & R Thrift Store are a great complement to the entire look.

Is the biker-inspired jacket on your thrift list?

Thrifted Trends: Faux Fur Vest

Tuesday, October 29, 2013

Faux Fur Vest- Value Village Atlanta Roswell/Jeans- Back By Popular Demand/ Clutch- Alexis Suitcase Consignment/Boots & Animal Print Top- Goodwill NG Johns Creek/ Necklace- Just Jewels 4 U
I thrifted this faux fur vest from Value Village Atlanta sometime ago, but it wasn't until I saw my thrift sister Style is She rock hers, that I remembered I had this piece. So I am totally style snatching today! Faux fur vests are an easy way to amp up an outift and stay warm too! Especially skinny jeans, boots and a long sleeve top.

Did you notice my new hairdo? I am wearing Virgin Remy Body Wave from International Hair Company. The hair was sent to me to do a review. I got it installed on Saturday by LaKenya Morris of Allure Beauty Bar. So far I am enjoying my new look. It is a great protective style. The hair is very soft and I love the natural wave pattern. This hair can be flat ironed straight and then waves back up when wet. I plan to wear it straight soon. I will post updates to my Youtube channel too. So please make sure to subscribe there too.

What do you think of my look?

Disclosure - I received product(s) from the company mentioned above, free of charge, for review. I was in no other way compensated for my review. The views expressed above are my own, honest opinions and any claims should be verified on the sponsor's site.

Camel coats for Fall is a must-have trend for this season. Of course, I always head to the thrift store to score the season's trends. I thrifted this vintage camel cape last summer. It is one of my fave pieces. Definitely a statement piece for special occasions.
