THRIFT TIPS: Modernize a Vintage Maxi Dress

    Love this idea.. and i've tried this with wearing a skirt as a dress and making it a high/low hem, but now I won't pass on some of the long dresses at the thrift store :) This dress is lovely and you look gorgeous in it :)
